How we process the personal data of website visitors and of people who contact the hotel. In case of differences, the Italian text prevails.

Data processed and purposes
If you write to us or call us, we use the data you give us (name, contact details, dates of stay) only to answer your request and manage any booking.
Online bookings take place on the Scidoo system, which processes the data entered on behalf of the hotel.
Statistics (Google Analytics 4)
Only if you click “Accept” in the banner do we use Google Analytics 4 for aggregate visit statistics, with anonymised IP address and no advertising purposes. If you decline, no statistics script is loaded.
You can change your choice at any time with the button at the bottom of this page.
Cookies and browser storage
The website stores in your browser only the language you chose and your choice on statistics. Google Analytics cookies are set only after consent.
The Scidoo booking form and the Google Maps links are third-party services: they are activated only when you open or request them.
Retention and rights
We keep data for as long as necessary to handle the request and the stay and to comply with legal obligations.
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object by writing to info@gardenhotelrivoli.it, and lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
